Recently we added what, in most homes, would be a pretty standard feature: a door to our bedroom. However, our downtown loft never had a door, and a normal one certainly wouldn't do. Thankfully, we had some help from both sides of the family. On a trip out to the farm - Uncle Bob was kind enough to let us take some old barn wood (and I mean old). We brought that back with us and Ross's dad built the door while we waited for the hardware to be shipped.
We then spent a Saturday installing - of course it always takes longer than you expect to do any project, but the result was well worth it. Here's our new door!
Ross and Stuart Installing the door - caught Ross in the reflection
Thanks so much to Bob for the authentic barn wood and to Stuart for all the help!! We love our new door!
